Single Occupancy
The above prices are based on 2 adults sharing a room.
£7.50 supplement charged for single occupancy of any room Sunday - Thursday (not charged for Room 2)
Full room rate (ie the price for 2 adults) will be charged for single occupancy of any room on Fridays, Saturdays, Bank Holidays & New Years Eve.

Family Rooms & Child Rates
The above "per person" prices are based on 2 adults sharing a family room.
The price for a 3rd adult sharing with 2 full paying adults is £15.
Family rooms have 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
A camp bed can be added to Room No.s 4, 5, 12 & 14 to give extra capacity or separate beds for 3. This must be requested when booking.

Rates for children sharing family rooms with 2 full-paying adults: under 7s - free, 7-14 year old - £10, 15 and over £15
If one adult shares a room with two children, the rate for two adults will be charged.
Otherwise full rate charged for children occupying rooms without two adults.

Cancellation Policy
If you give at least 1 months notice of cancellation your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you give less than 1 months notice your deposit will only be refunded if the room(s) you booked are subsequently re-let for that date.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed in some rooms on request (not room nos.9, 11, 12 or 14). There is an additional £5 cleaning charge for rooms with dogs.

Check-in: from 10am Rooms available: from 1pm Breakfast: 8:30-9:30am Check-out: rooms to be vacated by 10:30am
Bar open: 10am-11pm (Sunday - Thursday), 10am-midnight (Friday & Saturday) Meals served: 12noon-10pm daily
