Each room has it's own individual character and is equipped with a colour television and tea/coffee facilities.

All rooms are non-smoking

Single Occupancy
£7.50 supplement charged for single room occupancy (not charged for Room 2)
Full room rate will be charged for single occupancy of any room on Fridays, Saturdays and certain other peak times.
ie Room 2 would be £40 for 1 person, Room 6 would be £72... etc

Children
Rates for children sharing family rooms with two full-paying adults: under 5s - free, 5-7 year old - £7.50, 8-12 year old - £10
Full rate charged for children occupying rooms without two adults.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed in some rooms on request (not room nos.9, 11, 12 or 14). There is an additional £5 cleaning charge for rooms with dogs.

Times
Check-in: from 10am  Rooms available: from 1pm  Breakfast: 8:30-9:30am  Check-out: rooms to be vacated by 10:30am
Bar open: 10am-11pm (Sunday - Thursday), 10am-midnight (Friday & Saturday)  Meals served: 12noon-10pm daily

(4th January to 12th February and 1st November to 17 December inclusive)
  
Stay longer than one night and receive a 20% discount on each additional night.

Friday & Saturday nights excluded from this offer and do not count as your first night.
e.g. stay Sunday, Monday, Tues and get 20% discount on Mon & Tue.
Stay Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and get 20% discount on Thurs, but not Friday.

*2010 Alterations
For 2010 Room 1 will be converted to an ensuite double room.
Room 2 will have it's own separate private bathroom across the landing.


Christmas Bookings
